We provide voice-over-internet-protocol (VoIP) communications services, hosted PBX solutions, call center communications, virtual numbers, SMS/MMS/RCS messaging and other telephony/communications services (collectively, the “Services”). We may update or change the Services (including adding, removing or modifying features) at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to form binding contracts to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration & Security
If you create an account to access our Services, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services in any way that:
- violates any applicable law or regulation;
- infringes or misappropriates any third-party intellectual property right;
- is fraudulent or deceptive;

5. Billing, Payment & Refunds
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing at any time, provided we give reasonable notice for the changes to existing subscribers. You agree to pay all applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website and in our Services (text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
7. Warranty Disclaimer

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SWIFT TELCO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (or USD 100 if you have paid nothing).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Swift Telco LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Website or Services, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Website or Services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms or if we believe you pose a risk to the integrity or security of our systems. On termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Sections which by their nature should survive termination (such as Billing, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will survive.
11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Horry County, South Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version on the Website and update the “Effective Date” at the top of these Terms. Your continued access or use of the Website or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be removed and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Swift Telco LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
